Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns of unworn, pristine condition boots within 30 days of delivery. Boots showing any signs of wear on the outsole or creasing on the upper cannot be accepted.

Return Process

    Initiate Request

    Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to request a Return Authorization.

    Inspect Condition

    Ensure boots are in brand-new condition and packed in the original shoe box with all protective materials.

  • 3.
    Ship Item

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outer shipping carton and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  • 4.
    Processing

    Once received, our team will inspect the boots within 5 business days and issue your refund or process your exchange.
